Outlaws Ousted!

Sheriff Pepper shot Carl Thompson with his scatter gun, wounding him in the stomach. Carl Thompson, was subsequently captured and is currently in Angel Creek Jail waiting for the arrival of the Magistrate from Trinidad. He has been visited by Doc North who has stated that Carl's injuries are not serious and he will be fit for a hanging.

 

 

Thompson Gang shoot their way out of town.

Following a recent bank robbery, in nearby Hooksville, the notorious Thompson Gang were discovered hiding out in McCready's Saloon in Angel Creek.

Sheriff Pepper and Deputy Davis approached the saloon, calling out the Thompsons. The cornered outlaws replied with ahail of lead and left the saloon by various exits.

During the firefight Deputy Davis was wounded in the leg. Malcolm Colt, owner of the Angel Creek gun store, assisted the Sheriff. He shot Chico Torres in the arm and leg but was unable to prevent Torres from escaping.

 

Restless Natives

Indians from two rival tribes, Utes & Kiowas have clashed near Tri nidad. Several casualties were recorded. it is not clear why the fighting took place.

Residents of Angel Creek are advised that one group of armed youngbloods is believed to be moving North East towards our town.
